Secret value won't save for exchange online email account

Hello, 

I'm attempting to setup an email channel for helpdesk.  I have it set to exchange online, I've added the tenant and client IDs.  Set all the permissions per the docs.  When I add the secret value, I can test the connection successfully.  If I click SAVE, it doesn't save the client value and if I test again it fails.  It also gives a status of Failed to retrieve messages.  

Why can't I get the secret value to save?

Thank you for reporting the issue!

As I can see, the secret does get saved successfully, but YouTrack doesn't use it when testing the connection from the “Channels” page. I registered this in our public tracker: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-92919. Feel free to subscribe to get notified when it's fixed!

In the meantime, I suggest we try to figure out why the connection fails. If you use YouTrack Cloud, please let me know the URL of your instance, and I'll check the mailbox connection log. In case you test the connection from YouTrack Server, please share the mailbox.log file from the server logs folder for further analysis.
