YouTrack Server License Renewal and Pricing

If we purchase the 100-user server license today, would we be able to purchase another 100-user server license (or renew the first one) next year at the same pricing level?
How does pricing work for renewals/maintenance for YouTrack Server? Specifically:
Is the price for the renewal fixed, or can it change year-to-year?
Will the price for a 100-user pack next year be the same as it is today, or does it depend on current pricing at the time of purchase?

At the moment, the renewal for the server license costs half the price of purchasing a new license:

However, I cannot guarantee that our terms will remain the same next year. There should be no changes, as adjustments were already made in October this year, but I cannot provide a guarantee. We do not fix prices in commercial offers for such a long period. If nothing changes, the renewal will cost 50% of the price of a new license.
