HelpDesk project, Description field in Online Form
I'm creating a new HelpDesk project. In the online form, I'd like the Description field to be rich rather than plain text. Is that possible?

Hi! Unfortunately, rich text is not supported in online forms yet. Feel free to subscribe to the relevant request by voting or marking it with a star to receive updates: JT-75992.

Is it possible to make the Description field resizable in both dimensions, and to set it larger by default?
I'm afraid there is no such feature in online forms, and it hasn't been requested by other customers so far. Feel free to create a new request in our tracker. We would appreciate it if you could also share more details in the request on how the current implementation doesn't address your needs.
