I'm testing the online form for my HelpDesk project, but the Send button is disabled and remains disabled even after I fill in all fields. What would cause that?

Actually, I thought I'd try to create a second online form identical to the first. That one works fine! Everything is the same; field order, annotations, everything. The only difference is the “Active” widget was disabled on the first one; it was active, but could not be deactivated.

FYI, it is the primary form, and is active. Nevertheless, Send remains disabled.
