HelpDesk "Unauthenticated Reporters": how to become authenticated?
When a test user uses my embedded HelpDesk online form, they become an, “unauthenticated reporter” when the agent views their ticket.
According to this page, when the unauthenticated reporter replies to a message from YouTrack, they should become authenticated.
Is that accurate? It doesn't seem to work that way. When the test user replies to the notification, their message is added to the ticket, but they remain unauthenticated.

Hi! The Unauthenticated reporter badge should be removed from the ticket once there is a reply from the email address that was originally submitted by the reporter. If you find that this doesn't happen, please share more details with us so we can further investigate it in your specific case.
