I'm testing YouTrack HelpDesk as a replacement for an existing help desk.
The existing help desk software has a 20-year history of about 83,000 support cases, about 53,000 unique reporters (unique e-mail addresses), and over 100,000 attachments totaling about 18 GB at present (though these have been “pruned” in the past).
Is this sort of usage something a YouTrack HelpDesk project will be able to match?

Hi! Generally, there should be no issues, as long as sufficient RAM and storage is allocated (for YouTrack Server). See: Hardware Requirements and Manage Your Database Size. If you notice any problems with this setup or have any specific questions, feel free to reach out to us.
