Knowledge base support for workflows?

Are there any plans to add workflow support to the knowledge base? 
This would make it easier to track changes and link requirements to tasks.

Workflows have supported knowledge base articles since YouTrack 2024.2. You can create onChange and action rules for articles to react to changes (creation, updates, comments) and trigger actions, just as you can for issues. See the Article entity reference for the available properties and methods, and the original feature request for context: JT-57982.

If by "workflow support" you specifically mean a publishing workflow (drafts that get reviewed and approved before publication), that's tracked separately as JT-61956 and is currently collecting feedback. In the meantime, the Article Approval app on JetBrains Marketplace adds a traceable approval process for knowledge base articles, which may cover your use case today.
