Can't Send Test Email from Issue

Hi, I want to test the email notification for my projects, so I entered the notification scheme of my project and sent a test email, however what I got was

Parameter specified as non-null is null: method jetbrains.charisma.service.UserProfileServiceImpl.getGeneralUserProfile, parameter user

I also tried to send a test email from the notification section in the global settings and seems to be working fine, I got the below email

fouad.fares, greetings from YouTrack!

Notification settings can be configured in your profile page using "Filters and Notifications" tab.

Could you please create a support request (https://youtrack-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=66282) and attach full Youtrack logs (https://youtrack-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206546369-When-we-ask-you-to-provide-additional-details-logs-database-HAR-etc-) there and a screenshot which illustrates the problem?
