Resending user invitation
Hello,
I've added a new user to our YouTrack domain, but he didn't receive the invitation email.
The user itself was successfully added to our domain, and I see it in our users list.
Furthermore, I've sent a test email to this user which he did receive.
Is there a way to resend the invitation email?

Hello,
To resend an invitation email you need to delete the user and then create him again or change his email and send verification email.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Hello Anastasia,
Thank you for your respond.
Changing the email is not an option since I need to use the email I entered originally.
I tried to delete the user and then create him again, but unfortunately it did not send the verification email.
Please advise.
Does it happen only with one user? Do you use standalone (which version?) or incloud (please share your instance name then) YouTrack?
As far as I remember, other users that I've added did receive an invitation email.
We are using InCloud. Where can I see my instance name?
Sorry for the delay. The instance name is just a word before ".myjetbrains.com" in the browser bar.
My instance name is noamz.
One more question, what is the username of that user?
The username is Stas_Newdel
As I can see, the email of Stas_Newdel is verified. Could you please clarify if the problem still persists? Have you managed to send an email or verify the email in some other way?
I could also see that the email is verified, yet no invitation email was sent.
This email is being used daily, so I can guarantee that there's nothing wrong with this email address.
Could you please elaborate why the user needs the invitation email? Is there something he can't perform in YouTrack?
It's not that the user can't do things on YouTrack.
The process of adding users to our YouTrack account gets much more complicated when the user I am adding are not getting invitation emails.
If you face this issue again, please let me know the approximate date/time of creating the user, so we can investigate the logs.
OK, thanks.
