Workflow to set the size of the Description field to be larger

Currently running: Build 39533, Cloud Based.

Issue: Users requesting that when they open a ticket, the description field opens to be larger to show full default description. I cannot figure out how to do this.

Hi Liam,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the UI components from within the workflow.

However, this particular behaviour is the usability issue, which will be fixed eventually.
