E-mail integration sends first reply only to user used for issue submitting
For some reason first automatic reply always goes for user used for issue submitting, not the actual submitter.

COuld you please elaborate, what do you mean by "user used for issue submitting"?
User used as issue author in mail integration module, in mode where you specify one single internal user to be an author of all issues gathered from email.
