I can not create project
I created an account today and it worked fine until I want to test the application. I can not create a project and it looks like some functionality is missing. I send image to see that I do not have "project" in the menu. My account is a Standalone.

Could you please try to restore root account and login under it, it seems that your user doesn't have enough permissions: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/standalone/Changing-or-Restoring-Password-and-Permissions-for-Root.html ?
