Only allow Guest write access to issues
Hi,
I saw the workflow specified here: https://youtrack-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/206579295/comments/205951449 but I don't think this works for the newer version of YouTrack.
Could you please advise how I would do such a thing on the 2018 version of YouTrack.
