I'm looking into youtrack for both our dev team and also the support desk. One very important thing for the support team is the ability to raise issues for customers and also specify the customers location. For example:
Customer A has locations A1,A2 & A3
Customer B has locations B1, B2, B3 and B4
ideally when raising the issue the team member would first select the customer (A or B) and then select the location. But it would be important that the locations available would only be those belonging to the currently selected customer
Is this possible?
