Youtrack upgrade issues, v2018.2 from v2017.4

I used to be able to group by a custom field in a time tracking report, and a column groupName would appear in the CSV or XLSX export. Since upgrading to Youtrack version 2018.2 from version 2017.4, this column is no longer visible. I require this column for my reporting purposes, how can I go about restoring it?

Could you please create a support ticket with the example of your CSV exports from 2017.4 and 2018.2?
