refresh all widgets when refresh dashboard

Hi

I've created new dashboard and add some widgets (like time report,...) on it, after couple of hours when I open dashboard , show old data of my dashboard! even when I refresh whole page with browser!

but when I hit refresh bottom of each widget it will updated widget data!

is it possible to refresh all widget when I open dashboard automatically ?
