Time estimates can't be added

Hi all,

so far I've always been able to add the estimates for a ticket, but since this week I am not able to do so anymore. It doesn't take the value that I enter. I enter a time value like for example 3h but it doesn't take it when hitting enter. How come? Could you please help me?
