Ticket/Comment Unread status



We're using Youtrack as HelpDesk, made a bot that gathers messages from various protocols (telegram,viber,skype,xmpp,riot-matrix,icq etc) and forwards them to youtrack, and also in opposite way, gets messages from youtrack and sends them to Telegram for example.

Please tell is there Ticket/Comment Unread status functionality in Youtrack ?

If there's no, is it possible to set Read status on Ticket opening/Comment seeing via Workflow functionality ?

I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Unfortunately, at the moment there's no way to track the read/unread status of an issue. There's also no event to track via workflow.
