zendesk integration / private comments

In zendesk, it is possible to create private comments.

When sharing a ticket to YT, I do not see if a comment was private or not.
When answering in youtrack, the comment is always public in zendesk.

My question is:

- it is possible to create private comments from youtrack?
- is there any possibility to see the type of comment in yt?

I am sorry for the delay.

When setting up zendesk integration, you can configure it to allow YouTrack posting only internal notes in zendesk (please refer to https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/standalone/Integration-with-Zendesk.html). However, you'll not be able to post public comments in zendesk via YouTrack in this case. 

Unfortunately, there is no way to see the type of comment in YouTrack.
