Subscribing to all issue changes except votes Follow
Is there any way to follow an issue and only receive emails for changes other than votes?
I care about comments, status changes, etc., but I get tons of useless vote notifications.

Sure, there is a way. Please navigate to your profile -. Notifications -> Subscriptions section, edit each subscription and disable "Votes" option (https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/standalone/Notifications.html#subscription-events):
