I would like to create a report that shows me the number of reported and solved issues for a project, and there is an option that sounds like that's exactly what it should do (/youtrack/reports/fixRate), however...
That report does not work the way I would expect it to. According to the report, tons of new tickets get created, but barely any are either resolved. This does not reflect the reality, as we have many tickets in the status "Solved", which is checkmarked in the settings as a "Resolved" status. However, instead of tallying all "Resolved" statuses for this report, the report does only appear to tally the "Implemented" status, which we barely use. I have already checked but could not find a way to tell the report which statuses it should count as fixed.
Am I doing something wrong here? This report would be really useful to me, but as it is, I can't get it to provide me with the data I need.
