Custom Domains not working

Custom domains on youtrack incloud seems to not work, i tried to nslookup my domain, and it points perfectly to the youtrack url, while attempts to save the domain settings, fail with an error saying that DNS CNAME record not found.

EDIT: I visit the website through the URL and it points to a 404, telling youtrack isnt registered here.

I donno where I am going wrong, please assist me in getting my InCloud instance up running.
