Hi all,

Just found YouTrack!   I'm a one man shop but I have a few hundred users of my software.  Is there a way for them to SUBMIT issues to my YouTrack without being "users" ?  

Also:  Is YouTrack hosted by JetBrains or is it self hosted?

You want to look at using YouTrack as a Helpdesk in the documentation. It allows users to send in emails which automatically get turned into YouTrack issues. You can then send messages back to them by adding comments to the issues. All without the users being YouTrack users.

Beware that unless you customize the workflow scripts, every comment that gets put into an issue created from an user's email gets sent to that user.

Hi,

Thank you so much for your reply!  I will check this out!  I use Zendesk and I found out that it can integrate with YouTrack so I have some studying to do :)  Thanks!

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. I will add that YouTrack standalone is free for up to 10 users and YouTrack inCLoud is free for up to 3 users. We offer a free trial for both versions so you could try it.
