OAuth 2.0 Error


I just installed YouTrack on a windows server on port 8080. I can log in from localhost, but when I try to login from another computer I can login, but then any link I click on (e.g.  Dashboard)  I get an OAuth error that looks as follows: 


My server is in the cloud. My understanding was that anyone with an account and password would be able to login and work with the YouTrack installation. How can I achieve this? I did try to read the documentation but it sounded like the documentation was for embedding into an app.  I just want regular browser clients to be able to access from anywhere. Is that possible?

If this error occurs, likely there's some misconfiguration either in Youtrack, your network, or both. So to move further, please share the following details: 

  • a screenshot of what you see when you click on 'Show Details'
  • which URL or IP do you use to access Youtrack on another computer? 
  • send a conf folder of your Youtrack installation

I was a little short of time, so I signed up for the cloud version of YouTrack just so my team can test it for a while. I will get back to this 'on-premise' installation once we make the descision to stay on this platform.
