How to display a report on how many business hours the problem was processed on each status?

Sorry for the delayed answer. You may create a request to our support to receive answers faster.

At the moment, there is no way to generate such report in YouTrack, I'm afraid. We have a corresponding feature request to introduce a new report type, which will show timeframes for each issue state: Please vote for it to increase its popularity and to receive a notification when the request status is changed.
