How do I find JIRA tickets on YouTrack?
Hi,
I'm using "Continuous Import" to import tickets from Atlassian JIRA.
If the Issue ID is duplicated when I import, YouTrack will issue a new ID. And a link to the JIRA ticket "Shared with JIRA: PROJECT-XXXX" will be added at the bottom right of the Issue.
I want to search for "PROJECT-XXXX", but I can't find the target JIRA ticket because the issue with the same name issued by YouTrack is hit.
How can I find the JIRA ticket ID on YouTrack?
Thank you.

Hi Keisuke,
thank you for your message on our forum.
I suggest searching for the relevant Jira tickets using exact match search. Simply type "PROJECT-XXXX" (with quotes) in the search bar and run the search.
I hope this helps, please let us know if we can help you with any further questions.
Hi Liubov,
Thank you for your reply.
I updated YouTrack to the latest version (2020.6.6600) and ran a search with quotes.
But I couldn't find a YouTrack issue with the target JIRA ticket ID.
I found a ticket with the same ID numbered by YouTrack instead.
Please let me know if there is another way.
Hi!
I'm Sergey from the Youtrack team.
We are sorry for the confusion. Indeed, as of now, there's no option to search a Jira issue this way. We have a relevant feature request in our public tracker: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-61084 Please feel free to vote for it, as it increases its priority and subscribes you to the email notifications.
