Link a issue to a issue from another project

Hello.

We develop main project and plugin project.

When I need to implement a feature it's often separated between both projects (main and plugin) and I have to create two issues in both projects.

So I would like to set relation between these issues, but my problem that YouTrack allows to link issues only in one project scope.

The question is easy: is it possible to link issues from different projects?

Hi!

Yes, it is possible to link issues from different projects. You may either type the needed issue ID in the link window, e.g.:

Or you may apply the corresponding command in the command dialog:

Note that you need to have the necessary permissions in both projects to link issues.
