Tracking tasks added and removed during the sprint

id there any option to see tasks (in Story Points or count) that were added or removed during the current sprint?

Hi!
I suggest using the Cumulative flow report to view how many issues were added during the sprint. This report shows how many issues of each status were at a certain moment in a project, so you may add a filter like Board board_name: current sprint and see the distribution of cards for each day of the sprint.
