Where is the administration menu ?

I am looking for the administration menu to add fields in my project cause i am encountering issue to do it from the section fields in the project. When i click on add a new personalized field, i get an error. I see the field in the pramaeters but not in the project. 




So basically i am stuck at the first step of this tuto :/ ... I am looking for hours now this admin menu..

If someone can give me the way to go there that will be great !

I'm sorry to hear that you've faced such a problem. 

Administrator settings are accessed via this gear icon:

Note that if you don't see it, then you don't have enough permissions. In this case, you should reach out to your YouTrack administrator.

Also, feel free to share the details (steps, screenshots, etc0 about the error you are getting. I'll be happy to help.

Thank you very much but unfortunately it doesn't help me to add a field. 

I ll put my procedure i have to be wrong somewhere.

So I have add the field "client" in the project Royan :

In the administrator menu field personalized

Or in the project menu field personalized :

But when i go on a Royan ticket :

I don't see this field 

And when i do that 

I get : 

If i try to moove the field i get 

I hope you understand the issue i am encountering ...

I don't have any issues if i add a date field :

Text type fields are not shown in the sidebar. They are shown below the description. Empty text fields are not shown on the issue page. You should start editing the issue to locate a text field:
