Sending e-mail in a workflow: NO VALUE error
We created a workflow that sends e-mail to some users when an issue is added.
The received email correctly contains the summary of the issue, while the mail body (that we would like to have the same of issue description), does not contain the description, but the text NO_VALUE
I am thinking to the fact the issue is not yet existing, however in that case I would expect also the summary not existing.
In any case, any suggestion how to solve this issue?

We have already discussed this question in your support request, so I want to write a short summary here: the NO_VALUE is shown because the description of the new issue is empty. I've suggested using our Default Description workflow to define some description for new issues.
