Estimated time by state

I am interested on assigned estimated time not only on issue lvl but also on issue/state. I assume that generic gant chart can show issues in time if you have dependencies and estimation set. But internally in each task can we have report per state so in some way to be able to calculare allocation of resources also. Since per state the task could be re assigned then we can check hours required per task per state and by this to calculate efforts an needed resources per state. Also to be able to do the burm down report not in task lvl by state in project lvl
