Can't connect my telegram to my server

Hello everyone, I started to master youtrack and I want to connect my youtrack server to the telegram bot in order to receive notifications about changes in the project, but when I go to the server settings and click on integration with telegram, I get the following error: Cannot start due to error: Sorry, but I could not find a YouTrack site at this address. Are you sure the Telegram integration is switched on? Check with one of your YouTrack administrators and try again later. At the same time, I myself am the owner of the project and have the role of system administrator in it. I will be grateful for help
