I just tried Chrome browser on Windows 10, it brought up the same view of the pending issue from my account reference - same problem. “CREATE” button is grayed out. Get better people!

I just tried enriching the bug report further with logs and diagnostics uploaded in a zip file - no change. Also tried filling out more of the issue report per dumb extra questions - no change. Als...
