As quick fix you can replace the l10n(...) expression in workflow with your own string, e.g. "Issue <a href=\" ...".

Are you able to look at the Comments/History tab of the tasks/features on the full screen issue? Please note that tasks and features are usual issues that can be managed not only on the agile board...

Please complete "cron: " by Ctrl+Space instead of "daily" and use the expression cron: 0 30 8 ? * MON-FRI. More option you can find in the official documentation.

Please provide a piece of code in which subtask.Tier == {Developers} doesn't work. What if add debug(subtask.Tier) output to see the actual subtask.Tier value? Debug output can be found in the logs...
