Both methods are suggested to work but both are currently buggy.I created http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-14541 and http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-14545I apologize for inconvenience.

Hi dafire, sorry for long delay.To resolve the issue please ensure that 'base URL' is correct. It is set on 'settings' screen on administration part.

I get similar error if set internal host name as base URL.If set canonical host name everything works fine.So please update RC to latest build - http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/TSYSPUB/YouT...

You can use isReported() method but a rule will be invoked on every change in issue draft.Note, Youtrack inCloud will be upgraded to version 4.0 pretty soon.
