I try to figure out what's happening. Do you select the saved search from the combobox straight to the left of the search bar? Or do you select it from the sidebar to the left of the issues list?

Glad to here we've sorted this out. Btw, just FYI, when you pass a context in URL, it does not get persisted in a user's profile, but only affects the single window.
