Can you please re-visit http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-19023 that has been closed? Unfortunately, it is still not working.Details included as a coment to the issue.

If the original email would be attached (to allow viewing it later in HTML) to the issue upon issue-from-email creation, that would be a good short-term solution.
