Created Helpdesk view for clients - Just "My tickets" and "Knowledge base"
Hello,Can anyone explain to me how I'd achieve this view for my clients? (Note the “My tickets” and “Knowledge Base" links. I have a web form as a Channel, yet YouTrack Cloud they see all of this.
