Tags display problem

Hi,

I notice that there is a problem of displaying the popup showing the tags when we arrive towards the end of the list. Indeed, we return indefinitely to the beginning.

Now that I think about it, it seems to me that this problem is found in all popup containing enough elements to have a scrollbar.

I have the impression that it is because the popup is still loading the list of items?

PS: The problem occurs on Chrome and Firefox.
