Hello,

 

There's no such option, you need to register "new" instance, then submit a request to support, so we can upload the database from "old" to "new" instance.

Hello,

We have implemented the renaming functionality recently. Now, to change the url of your cloud instance, just submit a support request here: https://youtrack-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=66282 and let us know the old and the new names. Please make sure you have sent the email from the instance administrator address and the new name is not reserved yet.
