How to set the default project template?
I have created a new project template and customized it, now I want it to be set as the default template when I create a new project.
I also want to be able to hide other project templates from the template selection screen when creating a new project.
My users are not software developers, so I need to make this easy and not confuse them with words like Kanban and Scrum.

I'm Sergey from the YouTrack team.
Currently that's not possible, I'm afraid. All the projects’ templates are present during the project creation, and the user needs to select one they want to use.
We do plan to rework the project creation UX, including templates management, to accommodate it to a more general audience. At this stage, it's still being discussed by our UX team, so no specifics can be shared. I've passed your feedback on to them, though, so that they'll take it into consideration. Thanks for bringing it up.
