Every reporter should be able to comment a ticket

We very often have the following scenario:

User A (user@hallo.xyz) opens a helpdesk ticket.

We answer and set a new reporter B (reporter-B@othermail.com) as CC.

but reporter-B@othermail.com decides, that his collegue reporter-C@othermail.com answers to the ticket. And  Youtrack has no reporter under reporter-B@othermail.com, becaus we don't know him.

Now Youtrack sends us a message, that reporter-c@othermail.com is not allowed to comment to the ticket and a new ticket will be generated. 

 

How can I tell Youtrack, that everybody can answer to any ticket and is allowed to make comments to any ticket.

Could you please create a request to our support about this? An additional investigation is required, so I'd like to ask you for information that shouldn't be shared on a forum.
