Visibility of tickets from his organization for a reporter
Customers log in to create new tickets on our support system. However, these customers are part of a company, and several users within that company need to be able to create tickets and view the company's tickets, regardless of whether the logged-in user is the creator of the ticket.
I would therefore like each customer to be able to see their own tickets as well as those created by other members of their company.
I haven't been able to figure out how to do this.

At the moment, the only way to share a ticket with an external reporter is by adding them to the CC field.
We also have a feature request in our public tracker for allowing organizations to view all their tickets. If this feature matters to you, I encourage you to vote for it.
