Unfortunately, MCP connection isn't currently supported for external users at youtrack.jetbrains.com, so your token won't work for this purpose. We don't have an ETA for when this might be available due to security and other considerations.
However, if you have your own YouTrack installation, you can set up MCP by following the steps in our Model Context Protocol Server documentation.
Let me know if you have any questions about setting this up on a self-hosted instance!
