Time Report only showing "deleted user" for imported project

I have recently imported my first project from Jira. This included exporting CSV file with user data and creating their accounts in Youtrack.

In the Time Report for that project, all time logs are shown as made by “DELETED USERS”. Is there any way to fix it? Do I have to somehow link the imported project users for it to work?

To look into this, please share:

  • A screenshot of the Time Report showing the issue
  • If you're on a self-hosted YouTrack instance, please share an archive of your entire logs directory. You can upload it to uploads.youtrack.cloud (only our team can download the uploaded files). If you're on YouTrack Cloud, please share your instance URL and we'll check the logs on our end.
