Suddenly stopped receiving email notifications

We have stopped receiving email notifications quite suddenly over the past week or so it seems. No changes made at our end at all. Since our users create tickets through email, this is a HUGE problem since they can no longer get any status updates nor know if a ticket was actually created (it is).
Has anyone seen this recently as well? I am assuming it is related to the recent upgrade/patch?

Hi,
We have also experienced this previously, the only "solution" being a restart of youtrack. Ie, upon restart of youtrack (for reasons other than not receiving notifications) email notifications are then sent in a big batch.
I don't recall this having happened since we upgraded to 2018.3.46358 though.
