Hello,
As for now, YouTrack doesn't have such functionality. We have a corresponding feature request, though: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-22671. Please vote for it to increase its popularity and to receive a notification when its status is changed.
As an alternative, I can suggest using a text field and to add links there using markdown. Please note that text fields are located below the issue, and not in the right pane.
