The issue attribute contains a keyword doesn't stop workflow from adding a comments. Can you help me with that issue?

I want to check if the issue has a comment that contains specific keywords. If not, add a comment.

How do you trigger this workflow? Do you change some field's value, add a new comment, or anything else?

Hello,

This condition checks if the comments are added in the current transaction and if the newly added comment contains a keyword. If you'd like to go through the existing comments, you should create a rule in the JavaScript editor.
