Yes, I am a help desk agent.  I can edit any comment that I added to the issue, but not other agents' comments.  I cannot edit the issue description whether or not I created the issue.

Again, what tools are you using to generate APIs from the OpenAPI spec?  I don't need to use any particular toolset, I just need a functioning C# API.

Thank you for clarifying that.  Chalk that up to user error.  I did not understand that “watching” and “starred” meant the same thing.  Now I feel sheepish.
